We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. If you have a background in hotel services and enjoy interacting with guests, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Operate phone systems and handle reservations
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting international guests
Experience:
Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively
