Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Farm Workers to join our energetic agricultural team. You will be responsible for supporting daily farm operations and will contribute significantly to the productivity and health of our flower crops. This position offers an engaging prospect to work outdoors, develop hands-on skills, and be part of a thriving agricultural community.

Duties
Assist with planting, harvesting, weeding and crop maintenance activities using appropriate hand tools and farm machinery
Grade flower crops into various marketable lots according to colour, size, shape, volume and other parameters
Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and infrastructure, such as weed barriers, row markers, and irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning across fields
Conduct general farm upkeep including fencing repais, and cleaning tasks




Lift heavy loads safely during various tasks to support overall farm operations

Requirements
Willingness to perform physical labor including heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills for repetitive tasks
Ability to follow instructions clearly and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping
Must be able to see colour to distinguish subtle differences and have the use of both hands for operating machinery and lifting farm products
Lifting up to 50 lbs

Pay: $18.25 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
