Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders in a timely manner
Prepare and assemble certain food items according to established recipes and sanitation guidelines
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and making change with basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling procedures
Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
