We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work setting. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed (Weights varies From 10lbs - 140lbs)
Support the setup and breakdown of work sites or production areas
Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and cleanliness
Move supplies, tools, and materials around the worksite efficiently
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns immediately
Support team members with various tasks to meet project deadlines




Operate basic hand tools under supervision when required
Performing deliveries when needed (Class 5 Needed).

Skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks throughout the shift
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a industrial or construction environment
Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to different tasks as needed

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking an entry-level position with opportunities for development within a supportive work environment. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
