We’re excited to announce our recent expansion with the Fannystelle grain elevator, and we’re looking for a Facility Assistant I to join our team! This role offers flexibility to work at both our Carman and Fannystelle locations.

If you enjoy hands-on work, like being part of a supportive team, and want to help keep things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operate equipment like tractors, augers, conveyors, and grain legs.
Load railcars, trucks, and containers.
Receive and store agricultural commodities.
Help with equipment maintenance and repairs.
Keep our yard clean and safe.
Provide friendly, helpful service to our customers.
Learn and assist with grain grading.

What We’re Looking For
Someone who works well independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Comfortable operating grain-handling equipment (or willing to learn!).
Positive eyesight and color perception.
Okay with working at heights.
Previous grain or commodity handling experience is a bonus.
A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
