Our client, a well-established independent Quebec brokerage with over 100 years of history, is continuing its growth and is looking to add a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to its Client Service team.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys client interaction, relationship building, and finding customized insurance solutions while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Your Role

As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a personal lines portfolio valued at approximately $1 million;
- Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage modifications;
- Responding to client inquiries and providing professional insurance advice;
- Negotiating coverage terms and solutions with multiple insurance carriers;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurer partners;
- Contributing to the continued growth and retention of the portfolio.

After one year, you may have the opportunity to gradually develop your own book of business and earn up to 50% commission on the business you generate.

Qualifications





- Valid AMF Personal Lines Insurance License;
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Broker;
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- Robust customer service and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
- Self-motivated, professional, and solution-oriented.
