Job Summary Lilac Home Care is looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Patient Caregiver (Part time) to provide patient caregiving at a client's home in Mississauga, ON. Schedule - Tuesdays and Fridays, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM - Two days per week, 6 hours per week - Part-time Pay - $25.00 per hour Responsibilities - Provide patient caregiving and support with daily living activities at the client's home - Assist with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation as needed - Offer companionship and emotional support to the client - Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care coordinator Requirements - Valid PSW certificate required — applicants must hold a valid Personal Support Worker certificate to be considered (hard requirement) - Fluency in Persian is required for communication with the client (genuine client-communication need)

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
