Live Buz Media & Live Buz Medical, is a marketing agency specializing in the healthcare industry, is seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our team in the Calgary area. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photographic content for medical clinics, showcasing their services, facilities, and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Shoot high-quality photos and videos that effectively represent the medical clinics' brand, services, and patient care. This includes capturing facility images, patient testimonials, medical procedures, staff interactions, and promotional material.

Concept Development: Collaborate with our creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video and photography projects, ensuring alignment with the clinics' branding and marketing objectives.

Equipment Management: Maintain and operate professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to ensure optimal video and photo quality. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry-standard equipment and techniques. May be required to use one equipment, phones, etc.

Post-Production: Edit and enhance raw footage and images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create compelling final deliverables. This includes color correction, audio editing, image retouching, and video transitions.

Project Management: Coordinate and manage shoot schedules, location scouting, talent selection (if necessary), and any other logistical requirements to ensure smooth and successful photo and video shoots.

Client Collaboration:



Collaborate closely with medical clinic representatives to understand their unique needs and vision for the content. Provide guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices to ensure the final deliverables meet their expectations.

Quality Control: Ensure that all final deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, including resolution, framing, lighting, and audio levels. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions as needed.

Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with industry trends and advancements in photography and videography techniques, equipment, and editing software to continuously improve your skills and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably in a commercial or marketing context. Experience shooting content for medical clinics or healthcare-related organizations is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both photography and videography, showcasing your ability to capture compelling visuals, tell stories, and work with different subjects and environments.

Technical Skills: Proficient in operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.



Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) is required.

Creativity: A keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to enhance the overall content creation process.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, clinic staff, and other team members. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into visually appealing content.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different medical clinic locations within the Calgary area and occasionally work outside of regular business hours to accommodate shoot schedules.
