Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results and prevent overcooking or undercooking.
- Assist with food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, rotation, and freshness of ingredients.




- Support the food service team by efficiently serving orders to customers and ensuring timely delivery of hot meals.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Robust knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent skills in meal preparation with attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members during service.
- Previous experience in serving or food service roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, pizza ovens, and basic culinary techniques enhances your effectiveness in this role.
