Are you experienced in Swaps and front office electronic trading?

Responsibilities

Collaborate with front office traders, quantitative teams, developers, and technology leadership to translate trading requirements into actionable tech solutions

Support Swaps migration projects and the development of in-house pricing and trading capabilities

Analyze trading workflows, data systems, and lifecycle processes to identify improvements and efficiencies

Support electronic pricing, RFQ workflows, execution, hedging, and automation initiatives

Engage with stakeholders to investigate, diagnose, and resolve trading and system issues proactively

Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and develop practical next steps for trade and technology enhancements

Work independently to extract and leverage data to understand current systems, support decision-making, and deliver insights

Desired Skill-Set

Extensive experience with Interest Rate Swaps and related Rates products, ideally within front office electronic trading environments

Strong understanding of RFQ and pricing workflows, and ability to articulate how Swaps are priced, traded, and hedged electronically

Practical experience supporting trading workflows, automation, and electronic hedging across Swaps or Bonds

Proven ability to improve trading products and workflows with technical hands-on involvement

Robust analytical skills, problem-solving abilities,



and understanding of trade lifecycle concepts beyond basics

Excellent communication skills to bridge technical, quantitative, and front office stakeholders

Demonstrated initiative and self-direction, with capacity to independently navigate complex environments

Nice to Have

Experience in fixed income or rates products beyond Swaps, including Bonds

Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and systems such as FIX, automated hedging tools

Background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or physics

Experience working in bank, hedge fund, or sophisticated capital markets settings

Knowledge of AI-enabled data analysis and troubleshooting tools
