You will lead a diverse team, establish project parameters, and implement effective work protocols. Collaborate closely with clients and authorities to ensure successful project execution and compliance with Québec regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of environmental site management
• Perform and coordinate field surveys and reporting
• Develop budgets, schedules, and project tasks
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders
• Monitor and manage team performance and dynamics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or similar
• At least 10 years in the environmental field
• Knowledge of Québec’s regulatory workplace
• Excellent French communication skills
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Biology or Environment
