Key Responsibilities:



• Manage and support 50+ maintenance projects’ cost controls • Develop project estimates and monitor financial performance • Prepare variance analyses and project statuses monthly • Collaborate with stakeholders on financial issues and trends • Maintain project master data in ERP systems accurately

Requirements: • 5+ years in project controls, cost management, or financial analysis • Experience with forecasting and variance analysis • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP PS preferred • Solid communication and problem-solving skills • Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
