Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plow Tractor Operator to join our dynamic landscaping and agricultural maintenance team. In this vital role, you will operate heavy-duty plow tractors to prepare and maintain outdoor spaces of our commercial properties your expertise will help create safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments while supporting various horticultural and construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize mechanical skills, and contribute to large-scale landscape maintenance initiatives.

Duties

- Operate plow tractors efficiently to clear snow and pile snow in a safe manor
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to perform routine equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct routine safety checks on machinery and ensure compliance with safety protocols during all operations.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules for accountability.

Experience





- Prior experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment is highly desirable.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery and tools.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping or construction environments.
- Construction experience that demonstrates the ability to work efficiently in outdoor settings under varying weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and outdoor work environments.
