Job Title: Licensed Plumber - Modular Construction

Pay: CA$25.00-CA$35.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (41.5 hours per week)

Job Location: Woodstock, NB

Ironwood Manufactured Homes is looking for licensed plumbers to work in our new state of the art modular manufacturing facility and with our on-site crews. We offer year-round employment in a controlled workplace, a company bonus plan, an overtime top-up of $3/hr, and a minimum of 3 weeks paid vacation.

Responsibilities

- Review plan sets for any potential problems;
- Build plumbing subassemblies as required;
- Rough in plumbing supply and drain lines in floors and walls;
- Rough in plumbing for showers, tubs, and washer/dryer;
- Install vent stacks in walls and roof;




- Thoroughly inspect all connections;
- Install all sinks, taps, toilets, hot water tanks and any other plumbing fixtures;
- Connect all supply lines and test system;
- Complete and document testing as required by Quality Assurance;
- Follow National/Provincial Plumbing Code regulations;

Qualifications

- Valid Plumbing License
- 3-5 Year experience
- Ability to supervise apprentice plumbers
