Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning newly completed construction sites to ensure they are safe, spotless, and ready for occupancy. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help transform raw construction spaces into pristine environments, supporting our commitment to quality and excellence.

Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and debris removal
- Remove leftover materials such as nails, screws, and construction waste to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to a sparkling finish
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning agents to achieve optimal results




- Inspect completed areas to identify and address any missed spots or additional cleaning needs
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks

Skills

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or post-construction environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality control
- Positive physical stamina for lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products is a plus
