We are looking for an assistant manager (optician) to join our team in Saint-Lambert.

Your role:

- Support the manager in the clinic’s day-to-day operations
- Motivate and guide the team in achieving their goals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Advise patients and perform professional duties related to the role of an optician
- Help track sales, conversion rates, and the clinic’s various goals
- Help maintain an efficient organization and a positive team dynamic
- Take over management duties when necessary
