Broken Hill is looking for a reliable, experienced prep cook for a part time position, moving to full time before November. Experience with high volume prep cooking is an asset. This position is not for beginners or students.

We are looking for someone to join us for the busy burger season, leading into long term full time employment for the right candidate. This position is for early morning prep shifts 6am-2pm.

Reports To: Head Chef and Sous Chefs

Essential Responsibilities: Light prep, stocking, line cooking. Plating and preparing dishes up to spec, kitchen cleanliness, completing checklists, upholding company values.

Speed and organization are a must! You should be able to work with high volume line cooking, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail. Cleanliness and positive attitude are a must.
