With steady full‑time hours, a temp‑to‑hire opportunity, and full training provided, you’ll build a variety of products at your own workstation while remaining part of a supportive team environment.

Location: Burlington, ON

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Wage: $22/hour + 4% vacation pay ($22.88/hour)

Pay: Weekly pay every Friday!

What You’ll Do

- Assemble heat tracing products and components using hand and basic power tools
- Follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to build products to specification
- Pick required materials and components from inventory
- Cut, prepare,



and assemble materials and fittings
- Complete both standard and custom orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

What You Need

- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and basic power tools
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable transportation to Burlington
