We are currently seeking a full-time Production Worker to perform component preparation tasks, including taping, grit blasting, cleaning, and operating air tools to support manufacturing and coating operations.

Base wage:$22.50 / hour

We have an opening on Day Shift. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

- Responsible for taping, grit blasting and cleaning of parts
- Support manufacturing by performing a variety of tasks such as using air tools and coating spray support

Key Skill Requirements:

- Excellent hand eye coordination
- Willingness and ability to work as part of a team
- Robust attention to detail
- Excellent fine manual dexterity is required

Key Experience/Education:

- Minimum secondary school education
- Metal working industry knowledge of welding and grinding is an asset
- Experience grinding and prepping parts is an asset
- Experience with air tools is an asset
