We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and aesthetics, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services. This role involves performing various skin treatments, promoting skincare products, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional communication and personalized care.

Duties
Perform medical esthetic treatments including laser hair removal, facials, skin tightening, chemical peels, and more.
Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering tailored skincare solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product perks.
Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic treatment setting.
Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results.




Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries professionally.

Experience
Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar skincare role within a spa or clinic setting.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in esthetic procedures.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience at front desk or guest services roles will be considered an asset.
