Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and productive host services
Assist servers by delivering food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to tables
Ensure all food is presented beautifully and in a timely manner, adhering to safety standards
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and food handling tasks as needed
Manage guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items and restaurant policies




Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
Uphold food safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures and health regulations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Experience with kitchen tasks such as meal preparation or food handling is a plus
Familiarity with cleaning routines to maintain a hygienic dining space
Hospitality background including hotel or barista experience is advantageous
Must demonstrate reliable attendance, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction

Pay: $16.35-$23.97 per hour
