Duties

Serve meals to residents or clients with a friendly attitude, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning routines
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations
Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, managing inventory, and restocking as needed
Ensure proper food storage and labeling to prevent contamination and waste




Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all diners

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or food industry settings is highly valued
Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Ability to handle food safely while maintaining sanitation standards
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy meal times
