Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when needed, maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality or guest satisfaction

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities (must fluent in English)
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles demonstrates readiness for this position
Capable of managing time efficiently during high-volume service times while maintaining professionalism
