Responsibilities include managing payroll operations while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legislation, along with exploring system enhancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Process diverse payroll cycles for various employment types
Manage deduction changes, bonuses, and reconciliations
Conduct renewals for perks and retirement programs
Oversee government reporting and Records of Employment
Handle payroll and perks inquiries for employees Requirements:
5–10+ years of full-cycle Canadian payroll experience
PCP designation is a must; CPM is advantageous
Strong understanding of payroll legislation
Familiar with payroll software;

experience with ADP preferred
