Duties
Measure, cut, install, and secure drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
Finish drywall seams with taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve a smooth surface ready for painting or finishing
Apply caulking around joints, fixtures, and edges to ensure airtight and moisture-resistant finishes
Perform construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished surfaces
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
Conduct minor carpentry tasks as needed for framing or support structures during drywall installation




Use hand tools and power tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols during all phases of work

Experience
Prior experience in drywall installation and finishing is essential; familiarity with commercial or residential projects is preferred
Construction experience demonstrating knowledge of building practices and safety standards
Skills in carpentry, including framing and structural support work
Hands-on experience with construction painting, caulking, and general handyman tasks
Knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and techniques for seamless finishes
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in all aspects of drywall finishing
