Casting actors for a series of four (4) short educational training videos depicting healthcare professionals (physicians, medical assistants, and support staff) responding to various scenarios of workplace tension, harassment, and escalating distress/violence.Each scenario explores two possible outcomes/approaches: a successful de-escalation and an unsuccessful/escalating scenario that requires prioritizing safety and seeking assistance.Tone & Style: Educational, naturalistic, and grounded. We seek authentic, believable performances suitable for skilled healthcare education rather than dramatic or exaggerated portrayals.Welcome performers of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and genders.



Character specifications below are flexible unless otherwise noted.

Safety & Staging:

Simulated conflict, verbal aggression, and physical positioning/gestures will be strictly staged and choreographed for actor safety. No actual physical harm or unauthorized unwanted contact will occur.

Sept. 30th.

Audition Format:

Self-Tape/Online Submission.

Audition Deadline:
