Northern Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for the Fort St. John Hospital to oversee admission, discharge and transfer processes and coordinate patient care across the unit.
You will support bed management, staffing alignment and patient flow while assisting Program Leaders in maintaining quality standards. A solid nursing background and BC College registration are required, with leadership experience valued.
