Onward is seeking an Area Manager, Property Management in Calgary to lead daily operations of multiple affordable housing properties, manage staff, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will coordinate with Building Services and Head Office to maintain standards and compliant practices.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, solid budgeting and leasing knowledge, and comfort working with not-for-profit housing. Travel to sites may be required; Yardi familiarity is a plus.
