Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the VFX team, providing creative and technical direction.

Liaise with clients and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Troubleshoot complex visual effects challenges and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements 10+ years of experience in Visual Effects supervision or a senior VFX artistic role.
Proven ability to manage complex VFX projects from concept to completion.
Deep understanding of the entire VFX pipeline, including modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, and compositing.
Robust knowledge of industry-standard VFX software and workflows.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience working successfully in a remote production environment.
