Your role requires leveraging extensive knowledge of the education landscape while ensuring that strategic goals align with institutional priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the strategic vision and quality assurance processes
• Enhance faculty development and curriculum innovation
• Monitor program quality and adhere to academic regulations




• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for SPARK
• Build critical relationships with institutional stakeholders

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education; Ph.D preferred
• 7 years of management experience in post-secondary settings
• Proven curriculum development expertise
• Familiarity with educational technology applications
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
