Are you an experienced Process Consultant looking to make an impact?
Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Corporate Actions Associate (SME). In this position, you will be responsible for providing specialized expertise in process analysis and optimization within a dynamic corporate environment. The role involves supporting operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and ensuring effective workflow management to enhance overall efficiency and compliance.
Pay rate range (CAD): $72.46/hr-$86.96/hr
Responsibilities Analyze existing processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements and risk reduction
Develop and implement optimized workflows and process measures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process automation initiatives
Monitor process performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
Facilitate process documentation updates and training sessions for relevant teams
Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new process solutions
Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend corrective actions
Support compliance and audit activities related to process operations
Participate in continuous improvement projects and process re-engineering efforts
Desired Skill-Set Extensive experience in process analysis and improvement in a financial or corporate setting
Strong understanding of process documentation and workflow management
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and projects




Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Selenium, workflow automation platforms)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs
Nice to Have Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Previous experience in banking or financial services industries
Knowledge of project management practices and tools
Experience with system integration and technical troubleshooting
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
