As part of your duties, you'll ensure seamless execution from project development to production release, providing hands-on leadership and support to your team. Your expertise in BOM analysis and project management will drive efficiency and quality throughout the product lifecycle, promoting effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of Supply Chain Project Coordinators
• Lead NPI initiatives from development to release
• Analyze BOMs and manage procurement strategies
• Coordinate supplier communications and material readiness
• Keep project data current in ERP systems

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in supply chain or manufacturing
• Experience in coaching and project leadership
• Advanced skills in Excel and managing inventory
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Available to work onsite as necessary
