This role leads complex cross-functional projects spanning business process, service delivery, operational improvement, organizational change, and technology-enabled initiatives. The Project Manager will manage concurrent priorities while supporting project governance, delivery coordination, vendor management, and implementation activities across the organization.

Must Haves

- 5+ years of progressively responsible Project Management leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Predictive, Agile, and hybrid delivery methods across wide-ranging project types
- Project governance, financial management, risk and issue management, change control, and reporting
- Vendor management including deliverables, performance, dependencies, and commercial considerations

Nice to Have

- Experience with organizational change management
- Public-sector, justice, legal-services, or social-services experience
- Experience supporting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Truth and Reconciliation initiatives
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects

Responsibilities

- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, transition, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance,



and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and status reporting
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and changes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, and delivery activities across concurrent workstreams
- Manage vendor-delivered work including procurement support, onboarding, deliverables, invoices, and contractual alignment
- Plan stakeholder engagement, communications, testing, implementation, readiness, and transition activities
