As a Christmas Kettle Assistant, you will help manage the operations of the campaign, supervising volunteer efforts while ensuring kettle logistics run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Christmas Kettle Campaign Worker activities
• Assist in scheduling and managing volunteer shifts
• Support volunteer performance and orientations




• Handle daily delivery logistics for kettle sites
• Respond to inquiries about Christmas assistance programs
Requirements:
• Completion of High School education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working in community programs preferred
• Must have a valid Ontario Class “G” Driver's License
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
