This full time Program Director role provides you with the chance to lead the Elementary and Secondary School-Based Mental Health Services, ensuring that program staff receive the guidance and support needed to thrive.

You will be responsible for strategic planning and quality oversight while working directly with school and community stakeholders throughout the year. Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategies to enhance program objectives
Supervise and mentor clinical staff in best practices




Coordinate intake and referral processes for students
Develop and evaluate performance objectives for staff
Complete administrative responsibilities and reports Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work
Four years of relevant clinical experience
Experience in educational settings preferred
Solid background in trauma-informed practices
Must hold a valid BC Driver’s License and pass criminal check Lead impactful mental health services and foster a supportive community for students at arc programs.
