Implement individualized programs promoting independence
Collaborate with teams for coordinated care delivery
Maintain accurate administrative records in AIMS
Promote and support System Users’ spiritual and emotional needs
Ensure transportation to appointments Requirements:
Two years experience working with developmental disabilities
Diploma in Developmental Social Work or equivalent
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Driver’s license that meets Ontario standards
