Oversee daily operations of People & Culture
Create team-oriented settings between management and staff
Implement HR strategies and Labour Relations best practices
Conduct training and compliance initiatives
Manage union relationships and grievance resolutions Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education in HR or Business
CHRP certification or progress towards it
Minimum of 5 years HR experience
In-depth knowledge of HR legislation
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Drive organizational improvement and community support with your HR expertise at YMCA.
