Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental practice management software such as Dentrix
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently
Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately at the front desk
Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completedneeded

Requirements




Previous experience working as a dental receptionist
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Dentrix
Solid knowledge of terminology, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules
Office experience in an environment that requires multitasking and prioritization
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
