Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our team in providing outstanding support to our pediatric dental practice located in Mississauga and Oakville. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, enhancing patient experiences, and contributing to our commitment to excellent dental care for children.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Assist with medical billing, coding, and insurance verification
Provide excellent patient service and address inquiries promptly
Maintain a clean and organized reception area




Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Handle phone calls professionally using multi-line systems
Assisting as required
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role in a dental office
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with dental software such as Tracker is preferred
Dental Assistant I or II, Diploma
CPR current
