Be an integral part of the culinary staff at MLSE as a Kitchen Assistant. Focus on food preparation and kitchen cleanliness in a lively sports venue.
You'll work closely with elite chefs in a challenging, high-volume kitchen. Assist in various tasks, including dishwashing and organizing ingredients while adhering to high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure are key for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently operate and clean dishwashing equipment
• Scrape and wash all kitchen items thoroughly
• Sweep and mop floors, and clean counter spaces
• Help receive and store incoming deliveries promptly
• Follow all health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
• Background in high-volume kitchen settings required
• Previous experience in dishwashing valued
• Knowledge of safety standards necessary
• Punctuality and reliability mandatory
• Flexible availability for diverse shifts, including events
