New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP) is hiring a Resource Nurse to provide clinical guidance and leadership to EMP staff in home-based care across New Brunswick. Under the manager's supervision, you will train staff, develop policies, and implement best practices to support patient- and family-centered care.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advance home health care delivery, ensure staff competencies, and promote secure, high-quality care in home settings.
