Lionsgate Communities is seeking an Executive Assistant in Vancouver to support the CEO. In this full-time, in-office position, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective executive operations and priority management.

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage an array of administrative tasks while maintaining the CEO's focus on business priorities. Your role will involve handling confidential matters, organizing communications, and enhancing organizational flow within the entrepreneurial structure. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable adapting to shifting demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver executive and administrative support to the CEO
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel logistics
• Draft and edit meeting documents and materials




• Distribute meeting notes and follow up on commitments
• Act as a liaison among the CEO and various stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; Outlook required
• Proven ability to manage priorities and tasks independently
• Experience in a high-service or real estate workplace is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
