IQ Resource Group is currently seeking a dependable and flexible team member to support both Shipping & Receiving and Production operations. This is a hands-on, hybrid position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, can shift priorities as needed, and understands the importance of keeping operations running smoothly.
Job Details Wage: $17- $20 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 6am-2pm or 7am- 3pm Monday-Friday
Location: Neenah, WI
Job Duties Receive incoming shipments and verify materials
Prepare and stage outgoing orders
Maintain accurate shipping documentation
Keep product supplied in front of machines to support production flow
Maintain and manage recycling gaylords
Assist on the production floor when shipping tasks are caught up
Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Comfortable working in both warehouse and production environments
Reliable attendance and robust work ethic
Ability to lift, move, and stay on your feet throughout the shift
