Oak Valley Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse at the Uxbridge site. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, care planning, patient education and discharge planning to support continuity of care.
You will work within an interprofessional team in a fast-paced acute care setting, with shifts primarily 12 hours. Solid communication, critical thinking and documentation skills are essential.
