IQ Resource Group is hiring Floor Technicians in Appleton, WI, starting at $17-$18/hour. This role runs Monday to Friday nights, keeping your weekends free.

In this position at IQ Resource Group, you’ll be working as a Floor Technician from 10 PM to 6 AM. Your duties will involve using specialized cleaning equipment and maintaining floors across different settings like hospitals and offices. We value integrity and a great team attitude. Hands-on training will be provided, and you will have the chance to train others as well.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-capacity cleaning machines effectively
• Facilitate training for upcoming floor technicians
• Visit client locations to provide maintenance services
• Conduct floor care,



including stripping and buffing
• Stay updated on new cleaning techniques and procedures

Requirements:
• Prior experience in janitorial or commercial flooring
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Flexibility to work nights and some weekends as needed
• Demonstrate responsibility and robust work ethic
• Reliable transportation required for the role
