For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Arts, Sciences, or Business Administration . Candidates must be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution for the full duration of the co‑op term and plan to return to their studies upon completion for at least one academic term. If you are not currently located near the work location, you must be willing to commute or temporarily relocate for the duration of the term. A valid study permit and studentship letter will be required where applicable.

the Inclusion and Engagement Coop will be responsible for supporting events and initiatives that advance Teck's Inclusion and Engagement Strategy.

Key Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
Support team communications by managing the content calendar, maintaining the EDI SharePoint site, and developing engagement plans
Support and collaborate with employee‑led EDI Committees and Inclusion Networks to advance their objectives and amplify their impact across the organization
Coordinate and support EDI engagement activities, including internal training sessions, days of significance events, and employee recognition programs that foster connection and belonging
Develop and share creative communications with collaborators and the business on EDI progress and learning opportunities
Assist with researching and implementing cutting-edge ideas to improve how we engage stakeholders and advance our strategy
Develop research and reports to help guide our equity,



diversity and inclusion and engagement strategy
Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the business
Additional Projects: Develop materials to support the EDI Committee and Inclusion Network support model
Develop an employee‑facing SharePoint intranet site to centralize EDI education, resources, and learning materials
Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Arts, Sciences, or Business Administration
Motivated self‑starter with the ability to prioritize work under pressure, manage a wide range of tasks, and demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
Commitment to fostering respectful and inclusive workplaces
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
Experience with project management and coordination, including planning and executing events
Experience with visual communications would be an asset
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Pay Range: CAD $4,108 - $5,183 per month
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
