Fractional Finance Systems Consultant - QuickBooks EnterpriseDuration - 6 months contract Hours - approximately 20 hours per weekWork Model - on site, Mississauga, ONPosition OverviewWe are supporting a growing manufacturing business in the search for a fractional finance systems consultant with strong QuickBooks Enterprise expertise. This engagement is suited to a hands-on specialist who can assess the current finance environment, improve how existing systems are being used, and help inform longer-term systems planning. The initial priority is to improve the current setup rather than immediately move to a new platform.Key ResponsibilitiesReview the current finance systems environment and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracyOptimize the use of QuickBooks Enterprise within a complex business structureStrengthen accounting workflows across such areas as reconciliations, close, payables, receivables, fixed assets, payroll-related entries, accruals, and prepaidsRecommend better approaches across a multi-entity finance environmentCreate standardized templates and cleaner processes for ledger activity and data importsReduce manual entries, duplicate processing, and inefficient workaroundsAssess data flow between operational systems and QuickBooks and identify improvement opportunitiesEnhance management reporting through better system use and reporting toolsDocument finance procedures, controls,



and operating practicesRequired BackgroundDeep expertise in QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks EnterpriseExperience in manufacturing or other product-based environmentsStrong knowledge of cost accounting and production-related finance processesExperience working across multiple entities or business unitsStrong controllership-level accounting knowledgeTrack record of finance process improvement and workflow redesignExperience with systems integration, data movement, and reporting tools such as ODBC or similar.
