We’re looking for an RMT who wants to build a practice—not simply fill a schedule.

Please note: This is a contracted position, and compensation is based on client volume rather than an hourly wage. Indeed does not allow us to adjust the compensation field to reflect this structure.

We are looking for a motivated, personable and entrepreneurial Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Winnipeg location and provide professional massage therapy services to the public.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who is interested in building their own clientele and growing their professional presence while working within a welcoming clinic environment.

What we're looking for The ideal candidate is someone who is:

- A graduate of a recognized massage therapy program
- Qualified to practise independently and able to provide proof of the required professional credentials
- Comfortable promoting their services and professional expertise
- Active and confident on social media and online platforms
- Willing to create and share professional content that helps potential clients discover their services
- Personable, professional and committed to excellent client care
- Comfortable networking and developing relationships within the Winnipeg community
- Motivated to grow their practice through referrals, repeat clients, online visibility and community connections
- Committed to maintaining professional standards, client confidentiality, appropriate boundaries, documentation and informed consent





This position is particularly well suited to an RMT who wants to develop a long-term personal practice within a clinic setting with professional support and guidance. We will provide the professional environment and clinic location, while we are looking for a therapist who is prepared to take an active role in bringing clients into their practice.

This includes

- Developing and maintaining your own client relationships
- Encouraging repeat bookings and referrals
- Promoting your availability and areas of expertise
- Building a qualified social-media presence
- Participating in online marketing and community outreach
- Creating educational or promotional content about your services
- Networking with other local businesses and potential referral sources

You don't need to arrive with an established book of clients, but you should have the initiative and interest in developing one. Services & areas of treatment

- Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Techniques
- Stretching and mobility techniques
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage / lymphatic-focused massage
- Injury rehabilitation and treatment




- Headache and neck-related treatment
- General musculoskeletal pain and tension management

Additional certifications and specialized training are considered an asset.

Qualifications New graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have completed the requirements necessary to practise independently.

A note for students/new graduates

Students who have not yet completed their massage therapy education are not eligible for independent practice simply by completing additional “shadowing” hours. Manitoba's current professional standards require students to practise as part of a supervised school practicum. Candidates must be appropriately qualified to provide unsupervised services before treating members of the public independently.
