Leggat Mazda of Hamilton is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team !
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customer and our service team. You will keep customers informed, addressing their concerns, and ensue every service visit is handled with professionalism and care.

Compensation : $65,000-$85,000 per year on target earnings. B ase salary plus bonus structure.

What You'll Do:
Welcome customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customers and determine the nature of their vehicle concerns
Explain recommended services, estimated repair times and next steps
Schedule service appointments using the dealership booking system
Address and resolve minor customer concerns
Monitor repair orders throughout the day and keep customers informed of progress




Contact customers by phone or text regarding changes to estimates or promised completion times
Respond promptly to service inquiries and appointment requests
Review completed work with customers and answer their questions
Explain warranty information and applicable policies
Stay current on technical and performance information for the vehicles we service
Support the Service Manager and service team as required
Follow all company policies, procedures and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Previousautomotive dealership experience, preferably in a Service Advisor role
Excellent listening and communication skills
A strong commitment to customer service
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership systems quickly
Experience withPBS or similar automotive dealership softwareis an asset
A robust work ethic and a collaborative, team-first attitude
The ability to stay organized and composed in a busy environment
Flexibility to work retail business hours, includingSaturdays
A valid driver’s licence
A professional, positive and customer-focused attitude
