In the role of Panel Relief Operator, you will be responsible for managing operational systems and addressing potential issues promptly. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will engage with various stakeholders, including maintenance and chemical suppliers, to ensure optimal performance. Leadership and coaching skills are crucial as you mentor team members and promote a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize processes using DCS trends
• Monitor and troubleshoot Key Performance Indicators




• Cross-train personnel for operational flexibility
• Lead safety meetings and engage crews
• Maintain accurate e-Log entries and conduct handovers

Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• 3rd class steam ticket required; 5+ years experience
• Experience in cyclic steam or SAGD operations preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean record
• Successful completion of medical assessments required
